Accountability Tuesdays: Week 3

Don’t you just hate how all of these “experts” get to make picks and predictions with no real accountability afterwards? I sure do. So here we go. Every week I’ll share my results, the good and the bad. No excuses, just results.

The trend continues.

When it comes to ATS picks, if I feel good about it, I’m about 50/50 on getting it right. That’s not great. If I don’t feel good about it, I might as well just pick the opposite of whatever I initially decide. I’m missing these picks at nearly a 70% clip. That’s wild.

The primetime games crushed me this week ATS, as I went 0–3 there. I don’t have too many regrets with my picks as there was logic behind basically all of them. The problem is the NFL is seemingly illogical this year (more than normal at least). My only regret is picking against my gut on Sunday Night and going with the 49ers, which cost me a win.

On a positive note, once again, I’m nailing my over/under picks. 16–10 on my Padlocks here is solid. That’s a 60% success rate. 11–6 on my Deadbolts is great. That’s nearly a 65% success rate. 4–1 on my Fort Knox picks is an even 80% success rate, and that’s very impressive. So I need to keep doing whatever I’m doing there.

I like sports. I’m very opinionated. I like sharing my opinions and arguing senselessly with anyone who wants to argue.
