Monday Night Lock (NFL Week 9)

Bears @ Steelers (-6), O/U 39

There have certainly been more exciting Monday Night games than this one. The Bears actually looked competent on offense last week with Matt Nagy out due to Covid. He’s back this week, so I’m envisioning them going back to looking lifeless on that side of the ball.

I still don’t like the Steelers, but their defense looked great last week, and should put the clamps down pretty hard on Justin Fields. I don’t see Big Ben moving the Steelers offense down the field too much on a good Bears defense, but it should be pretty easy to cover 6 if the Bears don’t reach double digits, which I could easily see happening. Give me the Steelers.
