Monday Night Lock: Week 12
Steelers @ Colts (-2.5), O/U 39.5
This can serve as a borderline elimination game for these two underperforming AFC teams. Neither of them are particularly exciting, but that could make for a very exciting and close game.
Of the two teams, the Colts had the higher expectations entering the season and have been playing decent football since their controversial hiring of Jeff Saturday. A win here would actually give them some legitimate relevancy going into the back third of the season. The Steelers, on the other hand, are really just trying to go into the offseason feeling good about Kenny Pickett. A solid performance on the road on Monday Night would help do that.
I’m taking the points with the Steelers here. I simply expect a low scoring, competitive game. I also expect TJ Watt to feast tonight against Matt Ryan. I’ll take the under as well.
