What a Thursday Night thriller we should be getting here. NFC West showdown with the Rams, fresh off of their first loss of the season, traveling to Seattle to face Russell Wilson, who simply dominates primetime games. I wouldn’t dare pick against Wilson in primetime, would I? Especially not at home on a short week… especially not with the Seahawks getting points…
Heck yeah I will! I’m all about this Rams team, I’ve been very clear and open on that. I would’ve been less confident had they not lost last week. But getting slapped around like they did had to sting for this team that might’ve been reading their own press clippings a bit the first few weeks. It’s no secret that Matthew Stafford has not done well against good teams throughout his career, especially not in primetime games. I’m firmly of the belief that you can throw all of those stats away for the rest of his career. I expect a ton of points in this one, and will give the slight edge to the away team. Give me the Rams laying the points.
