Cowboys (-12) @ Titans, O/U 39.5

Well… another Thursday Night stinker here. Not only is this game incredibly lopsided, as evidenced by a 12 point road favorite, but this game is essentially meaningless for both teams.

Sure, the Cowboys could technically still win the NFC East, but that’s very unlikely. They are pretty firmly locked into that 5th seed in the postseason. The Titans are truly playing a meaningless game since the only thing that matters for them is their Week 18 matchup against the Jaguars. That will determine if they’re in the playoffs as a division winner or sitting at home. So you’d think that it being a meaningless game would be a great opportunity to get your rookie QB some important experience, correct? Wrong. They’re going with Joshua Dobbs. And they’re without Derrick Henry. This offense is a mess.

I’m not overthinking this like I wanted to all week. The Cowboys should run away with this one. They might even shut the Titans offense out completely. So I’ll lay the big number with the Cowboys and take the under.

Picks: Cowboys -12 (Fort Knox), UNDER 39.5 (Padlock)
