Steelers @ Browns (-4), O/U 38

AFC North showdown to kick off Week 3. Both of these teams followed up nice Week 1 wins with rough Week 2 losses. It’s tough to feel good about either of these teams, particularly at the QB position. It seems like it’s only a matter of time before Kenny Pickett usurps Mitch Trubisky in Pittsburgh. He has left much to be desired through 2 weeks. In Cleveland, Jacoby Brissett has done what has been expected of him, meaning simply hand the ball off to that two-headed monster in the backfield until Deshaun Watson is allowed back on the field.

I don’t have a great feel on this game. Even without TJ Watt, the Steelers defense should still lock down the Browns passing attack, or lackthereof, but might have some difficulty against their ground game. The Steelers offense shouldn’t have much success against the Browns defense, but maybe Najee can get loose once or twice.

4 points is too much for me to give with the Browns right now, so I’ll take the points with the Steelers on the road and the under.

Picks: Steelers +4 (Padlock), UNDER 38 (Padlock)
